Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on orders over $99.00 applies to continental U.S. Destinations only. This includes what are commonly refered to as the lower 48 states and does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders placed prior to 3:00PM eastern will usually ship the same business day, however please consider upgrading to express shipping for time-critical orders.
In the event that your items are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be given the option of a full refund if you are unable to wait until such time when your items are back in stock.
All orders are shipped insured against loss or damage. In the event that your package should arrive damaged you must keep all packing materials with the damaged item and contact us for further instructions. Packages returned to us without a return authorization number issued by treasuregurus.com will be refused and no refund will be granted.
We ship with multiple carriers and reserve the right to ship your package via alternate carriers and/or services than your preferred shipping method, however we will only switch carriers if the services and delivery times are reasonably consistent between your carrier choice and ours. We also reserve the right to refuse shipment and refund your payment if the calculated shipping charges are considerably higher than what you have been charged.
Shipping quotes are provided in real-time based on item weights from the USPS and/or UPS and are subject to change at any time.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will gladly issue a FULL REFUND (less shipping and handling) as long as your items are returned to us, in original undamaged condition, within 30 calendar days of your original date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning your items, as packages without a return authorization number may be refused by treasuregurus.com.
Due to health concerns ( and a number of laws) we cannot accept food items for return. Food items are those products intended for human consumption and items used to assist in food consumption that cannot be fully sterilized by reasonable means.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request for any reason, so please be nice to us when you contact us to make return and refund arrangements. We're willing to work with you as long as you extend us the same courtesy.
